We are committed to providing exceptional services for WhatsApp Business verification, including assistance with obtaining the Blue Badge Tick. Please read our Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

       

1. Refund Eligibility

       

We offer a full refund of the amount paid towards the Blue Badge Tick verification if we are unable to secure the verification for your WhatsApp Business account. The following conditions must be met for a refund to be processed:
        •   Timeframe for Refund: Refund requests will be processed 48 hours after the final determination of the verification status.
        •   Banking Rules: Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable banking rules, and the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times.

       

2. Verification Condition

       

To be eligible for a refund, the WhatsApp number provided by you must already be verified as a business account. If the WhatsApp number is not business verified, we will initiate the process for business verification first.
        •   Applicability of Refund: The refund policy will only come into effect after the WhatsApp number has been successfully verified as a business account.

       

3. Cancellation of Services

       

Cancellation of services related to the Blue Badge verification is not stoppable, as this is a commitment made within a 24 to 48-hour timeframe. Once your request for Blue Badge verification has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled.
